- They must be reviewed and approved by a competent person before use.
- They must be validated against the real site/activity and current controls.
Information you provide
- Work relies on information you provide or make available.
- FM Doctor is not responsible for consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information.
Reliance and sharing
Who can rely on it?
- Work is prepared for the named client for internal use.
- No third party may rely on it without prior written consent.
- If you share it internally, you remain responsible for ensuring it’s used appropriately and remains current.
Tools and AI
AI-assisted drafting
- Digital tools (including AI-assisted tools) may be used to support drafting, structuring, or analysis.
- Outputs are reviewed before delivery — but you still must validate them before operational use.
- No automated decision-making is provided as a service.
Liability
How liability is handled
Liability is limited in accordance with the Terms of Business. Nothing excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded. If there’s any conflict between documents, the Terms of Business prevail.
