  • Digital tools (including AI-assisted tools) may be used to support drafting, structuring, or analysis.
  • Outputs are reviewed before delivery — but you still must validate them before operational use.
  • No automated decision-making is provided as a service.
Liability

How liability is handled

Liability is limited in accordance with the Terms of Business. Nothing excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded. If there’s any conflict between documents, the Terms of Business prevail.
